Job Overview

As a key member of our risk management team, you will assist in managing equity and derivatives trading across all exchanges. This role requires a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of equity and derivatives markets, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Additionally, they will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trading & Market Operations: Manage equity and derivatives trading activities to minimize risk.
  • Option Pricing & Risk Monitoring: Apply pricing models (e.g., Black-Scholes) and Greeks for risk assessment.
  • Trade Execution & Compliance: Ensure smooth execution of trades while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Client Support: Address client queries and provide necessary trading assistance.
  • Risk & Limit Monitoring: Monitor trading limits and ensure risk control measures.
  • Algo & API Integration: Assist in monitoring algorithmic trading activities and working with trading APIs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with SEBI guidelines and exchange regulations.
  • EOD Processes: Support end-of-day trade reconciliation and backup activities.
  • Ban Scripts & Special Transactions: Manage banned scripts, Out-of-the-Range (OTR), and Price-to-Normal (PNC) transactions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in equity, derivatives, or financial markets.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Basic understanding of equity and derivatives markets; familiarity with option pricing models and risk assessment; working knowledge of trading platforms and APIs (preferred); strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
