Job Title: Financial Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled financial accountant to join our team. As a financial accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and alert for re-ordering.
  • Generate inventory reports and provide insights into decision-making.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Implement and enforce PTU procedures and policies.
  • Work with internal and external auditors to provide financial information as required.
  • Contribute feedback on service/process improvements and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sun system, QuickBooks) and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
