As an accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, processing of financial transactions and compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and maintain financial reports and records; support the chief financial officer (CFO) with analysis.
  • Student Fee Management: Manage and process student fee payments, refunds and adjustments per institutional policies; assist with government reporting and collaborate with admissions, enrolment and student services to resolve financial queries.
  • Financial Analysis and Modelling: Assist in budgets, forecasts, variance analysis and financial modelling.
  • Audit Preparation and Compliance: Prepare for audits, ensure regulatory compliance and maintain internal controls.
  • Financial Reconciliation and Closing: Reconcile ledgers, close accounts and process journal entries.
  • Financial Coordination and Support: Coordinate with departments, provide financial information and assist the CFO on projects.
  • Process Improvement and Development: Recommend process improvements, stay updated on regulations and pursue training.
