About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Rostering Project team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering training to staff, developing technical knowledge of the rostering system and assisting with change management at each Aged Care Home.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering training in an adult learning environment
  • Proficiency in using rostering systems and software such as UKG Pro WFM
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A customer-focused approach with strong time management skills
  • The ability to build rapport and strong relationships quickly
