About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and forward-thinking Roster Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional client services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of forecasting and scheduling Community Workers, driving key performance indicators (KPIs) across productivity, rostering, compliance and brokerage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Guiding and mentoring a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results
  • Scheduling client services within agreed parameters
  • Fostering a culture of teamwork, ownership and effective communication among team members
  • Reviewing processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement positive changes
  • Collaborating with regional management teams to drive success across Sydney and regional NSW

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong drive to deliver results and continuously improve processes and outcomes
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a similar position within a large, high-performing team
  • Expertise in integrated planning, demand forecasting and demand planning
  • Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
