Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our city's premier events, sponsorships, and activations. As Ally Manager - City Events, you will craft and deliver an events strategy that attracts visitors, strengthens the local economy, and adds value to the community.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering major events and sponsorships, with strong stakeholder engagement skills, experience leading multidisciplinary teams with a focus on collaboration and innovation. A tertiary qualification in events, marketing, communications, business, or related field is essential for this role.

You will set the vision by overseeing all aspects of event planning and delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and effective risk management. You will also champion partnerships by building and managing sponsorships and collaborations that extend reach and create value for the city and its stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement events strategies that meet business objectives
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality events
