- A proven track record in delivering major events and sponsorships, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
- A tertiary qualification in events, marketing, communications, business, or a related field is required.
- Strong business acumen, including strategic planning, budgeting, and governance knowledge.
