We believe that how we do it and the people we do it with matter a great deal. This is why we're looking for a leader who can manage store performance, develop their team's capability, and ensure our customers and not-for-profit donors receive exceptional service.

A typical day might include:

  • Analysing the previous week's results and adjusting the sales floor to maximise sales
  • Meeting with production leaders to plan production for the next month (full stores only)
  • Leading a safety meeting with the Joint Health and Safety Committee
  • Coaching a production team member on how to grade an item
  • Welcoming a new team member into our business, ensuring they have an engaging onboarding experience
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Prior experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
