About the Role

CPB Contractors is seeking an experienced Traffic Manager (Senior Project Engineer) to join the HumeLink West project team.

This is a senior role responsible for managing traffic operations, ensuring compliance with safe work practices, company policies, and legislative obligations.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Civil or Traffic Engineering, or related discipline, and minimum 5 years relevant construction and traffic experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Traffic Management Plans and Traffic Guidance Schemes.
  • Manage traffic procurement and ensure subcontractors are set up for success.
  • Deliver best-for-project outcomes through positive leadership and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular onsite audits and leadership walks.

About You

  • Experience in RAPID software and Microsoft Office platforms, including Excel.
  • Current Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card or equivalent) and ability to undergo a medical assessment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
