- Recruitment, training, and retention of staff members.
- Performance appraisals.
- Weekly meetings engaging with department leaders.
- Leadership experience managing a sales team with direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with exceptional verbal, written, and time management skills.
- Experience in managing budgets, monitoring & reporting on P&L.
