Job Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled psychologist to join a leading secondary school in Melbourne's south eastern suburbs as a Senior School Psychologist.

The school setting caters to secondary school aged children and prioritises whole school wellbeing, alongside educational excellence. As a key member of the student services team, you will be working closely with other allied health clinicians, education staff, and the school leadership team to provide high-quality wellbeing support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive wellbeing support to students, including counselling, assessment, and intervention
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement effective wellbeing strategies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of wellbeing programs and initiatives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and full registration with AHPRA
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a psychology role, preferably within a school setting
  • Working with Children's Check clearance or willingness to obtain
  • Experience working with adolescents is highly advantageous

What We Offer:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package, including:

  • Estimated annual salary: $90,000 - $110,000
