Automotive Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our automotive team. As the site manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop, managing our staff, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Workplace Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by maintaining our WHS management system, reporting and recording safety incidents, and adhering to environmental policies.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by monitoring scores and feedback, and taking action when required.
  • Quality Control: Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition by conducting QA inspections and resolving any quality or safety concerns.
  • Production Management: Oversee production targets, manage vehicle flow, and ensure accurate quotes and job sheets.
  • Financial Management: Monitor profitability, prepare P&Ls, budgets, and KPIs, and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Leadership: Build positive relationships, conduct performance appraisals, and handle employee grievances.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading teams and achieving results.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and industry standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with industry software and systems.
