Automotive Refinish Sales Professional

This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the automotive refinish market. Key performance indicators include expanding Sherwin-Williams' customer base, fostering strong relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional technical support to ensure successful product adoption.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for distributors, resellers, and end-users on Sherwin-Williams products.
  • Serve as a technical leader, analyzing issues and providing solutions to resolve performance or technical problems.
  • Collaborate with distributors and resellers to develop new account target lists and drive business development efforts.
  • Maintain effective relationships with distributors, resellers, and end-users through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Offer technical support to distributors, resellers, and end-users as needed to ensure timely product adoption.
  • Manage and update the Salesforce CRM database to track key performance metrics and sales pipeline activity.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for new business development purposes and to educate customers on the value proposition of Sherwin-Williams products.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Automotive Refinish is mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to address technical issues effectively.
  • Effective time management and prioritization are crucial to meet competing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in an automotive refinish sales environment is essential.
