About This Role

As a Sustainability & Workplace Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering our Real Estate & Workplace strategy across Australia and New Zealand, as well as driving sustainability initiatives to support our journey to net-zero. Join us and contribute to creating engaging, safe, amazing workplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Championing RE&W programs and strategic objectives.
  • Leading internal sustainability initiatives and climate-related reporting.
  • Managing workplace operations, compliance, and emergency preparedness.
  • Being responsible for vendor contracts and service-level performance.
  • Delivering workplace projects including relocations and upgrades.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Your Qualifications

You'll bring:

  • Experience in workplace operations, compliance, and facilities management.
  • A creative attitude for change.
  • Strong customer engagement and vendor management skills.
  • A dedication to crafting dynamic, sustainable, and high-performing workplaces.
  • Analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of WH&S, PCI, ISO27001, and environmental reporting preferred.
