Our client is a leading property developer creating premium and sustainable workplaces for corporate customers.

The Position

This role involves effective management of office buildings, focusing on customer experience and leadership to a small team.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and engagement with corporate tenants and stakeholders.
  • Develop, execute, and manage business plans, financial budgets, and property reports.
  • Accountable for arrears, operational performance, capital expenditures, and reforecasting.
  • Negotiate market rents and participate in lease reviews.
  • Lead and develop the career progression of a small team.
About You

Due to the nature of this role, we require you to have:

  • Experience managing premium and A-grade office buildings.
  • Leadership skills and staff management expertise.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a flat-structured environment with shared values including integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
