And that makes MYOB Everyone's Business.What You'll DoAs a Sustainability & Workplace Specialist, you'll play an integral part in the delivery of MYOB's Real Estate & Workplace (RE&W) strategy across Australia and New Zealand, as well as drive sustainability initiatives to support our journey to net-zero.

- Leading internal sustainability initiatives and climate-related reporting- Managing workplace operations, compliance, and emergency preparedness.
- Being responsible for vendor contracts and service-level performance.
- Delivering workplace projects including relocations and upgrades.
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.What You'll BringAs a proactive collaborator with a passion for sustainability and operational excellence, you'll bring:- Experience in workplace operations, compliance, and facilities management.
- A creative attitude for change- Strong customer engagement and vendor management skills.
- A dedication to crafting dynamic, sustainable, and high-performing workplaces.
- Analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
