**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Certificate III Educator to join our team at Day One Early Learning Centres. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a safe and nurturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities to promote children's learning and development.
  • Create a safe and welcoming environment for children and families, and build positive relationships with them.
  • Observe and document children's learning and development, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, and support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development.

**Requirements**

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
