Early Childhood Educator for a Nurturing Environment

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Day One Early Learning Centres. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a small, 3-room service with a maximum of 47 places.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a safe and nurturing environment. Key aspects of the role include:
- Developing and implementing engaging activities that cater to children's diverse needs
- Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for children and families
- Fostering positive relationships with colleagues and family members
- Monitoring and documenting children's progress and development
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to relevant policies and procedures
To excel in this position, you will require:
- A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- A Working with Children Check
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
