Senior Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Onboarding Manager to lead the customer onboarding journey from kick-off to go-live, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience that meets all service level agreements (SLAs) and metrics.
The Ideal Candidate- Project management skills: Ability to build plans, organize resources, and execute with continuous refinement.
- Communication skills: Comfortable in meetings and confident in managing both people and data in equal parts.
- Industry knowledge: 4+ years of experience working in a media agency, digital advertising, or traditional media.
- Analytical skills: Understanding, gathering, and deriving actionable insights from data for customers.
- A growth mindset and openness to feedback.
