Job Overview:

As an Event Management Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating conferences, dinners, weddings, accommodation, and private dining restaurant bookings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
  • Book, update, and/or cancel bookings accurately and according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Handle calls, book appointments, assist in lead generation, and enquiry follow up.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Undertake daily administration/reactive sales activities including correspondence, filing, and preparation of quotes.
  • Work closely with back of house teams to ensure events are coordinated appropriately.
  • Conduct site inspections for clients and third-party suppliers as required.
  • Prepare regular reports as directed by management.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador for the organization.
  • Attend all scheduled meetings.
  • Participate in scheduled training and development programs.
