We are seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the development of innovative, high-performing Bedding & Bath ranges that excite customers and align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans for Bedding & Bath that align with the broader Product strategy
- Research and identify new product and promotional opportunities to stay ahead of market trends
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive product range in line with style and trend plans
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure innovation, best pricing, quality, and value
- Analyse sales data to determine product needs, category performance, and markdown strategies
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in product development, buying, or merchandising
- Comprehensive knowledge of fabrics and fibres, with insight into emerging textile technologies, sustainability, and industry trends
- Proven ability to analyse sales performance and make data-driven product decisions
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities across teams
