Visual Merchandising Leader

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Leader to lead our visual merchandising function. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining high-impact visual merchandising strategies that elevate the customer experience and drive sales.

This position involves team leadership, brand storytelling, campaign execution, and standards compliance. You will work closely with product, marketing, and retail teams to deliver cohesive product launches and promotions across our store network.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of visual merchandisers and provide direction, feedback, and professional development to deliver consistently high VM standards.
  • Design and execute visually compelling displays, layouts, and in-store experiences that align with our brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
  • Develop and roll out national VM guidelines, creating mock-ups and displays at head office to ensure clear direction for store teams.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and retail teams to deliver cohesive product launches and promotions across our store network.
  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and reviews of store setup photos to ensure consistent execution and provide constructive feedback.
About You:
  • 4–5 years' experience in a multi-site visual merchandising role, ideally in homewares or lifestyle retail.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
  • Strong creative and commercial acumen, with an eye for detail and a passion for design-led storytelling.
  • Experience creating VM guidelines and translating them into practical in-store execution.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects, including new store openings and large-scale campaign rollouts.
