Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled and motivated Leading Educational Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing significant areas or functions within the school, ensuring the effective development, provision, and evaluation of the education program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of senior curriculum or level coordinators.
  • Allocate budgets, positions of responsibility, and other resources within the area of responsibility.
  • Supervise the delivery of teaching programs.
  • Manage programs to improve the knowledge and experience of staff.
  • Be responsible for general discipline matters beyond the management of classroom teachers and year level coordinators.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high degree of educational leadership and management expertise.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage change, including the leadership of others in the process of change.
  • Excellent financial, organisational, and resource management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement department policies to a high level.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
