
Agribusiness Relationship Manager: Drive Business Growth and Success

Are you an innovative and customer-focused professional looking for a challenging role in the agribusiness sector?
This position involves developing strong relationships with customers to provide tailored banking solutions and identifying new business opportunities.
To be successful, you will need to have a deep understanding of your customers' goals and deliver win-win solutions while maintaining awareness of our growth targets. You will also need to work proactively within your community to identify new business prospects and opportunities.
As part of this role, you will partner with stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement localised engagement plans to achieve successful outcomes for our customers, communities, and the bank.
You will drive profitable growth for your local area by meeting sales targets, converting referrals, and achieving results that you can feel proud of.
Additionally, you will support the success of your state team by mentoring and growing the skills of your fellow colleagues across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a Deep Understanding of Customer Goals: Deliver win-win solutions while maintaining awareness of our growth targets.
- Identify New Business Prospects: Work proactively within your community to identify new business opportunities.
- Partner with Stakeholders: Identify, develop, and implement localised engagement plans to achieve successful outcomes.
- Drive Profitable Growth: Meet sales targets, convert referrals, and achieve results that you can feel proud of.
- Mentor and Grow Colleagues: Support the success of your state team by mentoring and growing the skills of your fellow colleagues.
- A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related discipline.
- The ability to undertake travel and possession of a current 'C' class driver licence.
- Demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles.
- Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements.
- Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows, and markets.
- The ability to think outside the square to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions.
