
Key Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Key Account Activator. This role involves driving new business growth within assigned regions, executing key activation initiatives across multiple channels and customers, as directed by the Away from Home (AFH) account team and State Account Manager.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering volume growth, securing new customer opportunities, and supporting the strategic activation of key accounts to ensure alignment with broader commercial objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, customer relationships, and business development. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the FMCG industry, and a proven track record of success in a similar role, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role- Drive new business growth within assigned regions
- Execute key activation initiatives across multiple channels and customers
- Deliver volume growth and secure new customer opportunities
- Support the strategic activation of key accounts
- Understanding of different personality types and influencing using Insights Discovery principles
- Ability to build rapport quickly with new contacts
- Effective questioning skills to understand customer needs and tailor sales approaches
- Ability to sell with category facts and insights
- Natural conversational selling skills resulting in action and timely follow-up
- Anticipate objections and resolve through negotiation techniques
- Proficiency in retail maths within sales conversations
- Knowledge of GTM methods and delivery channels like distributors, Foodservice, cash and carry
