**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Chief Digital Innovation Officer to lead the delivery of new digital capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategy, innovation and delivery of digital tech solutions through our NAB front end channels.

The role involves working in partnership with one of our largest transformation programs, accountable for owning the delivery of key digital capability to support this program. This includes the delivery of Channel supported miniapps, mobile and web components to ensure safe, sustainable, and compliant tech delivery.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years experience in managing the front-end technology teams who build working software - preferably React and React Native micro frontends. They will also have a sound knowledge of multi cloud architecture and strong influencing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Management: Own the delivery of key digital capability to support one of our largest transformation programs.
  • Design and influence: the strategic direction of NABs digital technology capabilities
  • Innovation: Drive innovation of new ideas and improvements to keep our digital capabilities up to date with latest technology trends.
  • DevOps Culture and Growth Mindset: Establish end-to-end automation and build a culture of growth mindset. Enable multi cloud treatment.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years experience in managing the front-end technology teams who build working software - preferably React and React Native micro frontends.
  • Sound knowledge of multi cloud architecture.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Deep experience in strategic planning and execution.
