**Warehouse Operations Coordinator**

This is a vital role that requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within our warehouse facility.

The ideal candidate will have strong numeracy skills and experience in operating computer systems. They will also be physically able and hold a valid forklift license. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Picking and packing orders for delivery
  • Receiving stock, including sorting and organizing deliveries for smart storage
  • Managing the flow of stock through our inventory management system
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by removing safety hazards from aisles and wearing appropriate safety gear

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to:

  • Organize and maintain stock levels, ensuring adequate supplies are always on hand
  • Track sample orders and prepare them for dispatch
  • Collaborate with colleagues in sales and beyond to ensure seamless customer service
