Policy Governance Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated Policy Governance Lead to join our Personal Banking division. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the uplift of commission governance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end governance of lending commissions, including quality assurance reviews
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure to support commissions operations and governance
  • Manage commission uplift initiatives from policy design through to build and implementation
  • Act as go-to SME for commission queries, providing expert guidance and resolution
