Strategic Counselling Service Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team and oversee service delivery.
About the Role:This is a strategic leadership position where you will drive business development, manage service contracts, and build strong relationships with employers and community partners.
You will be responsible for leading a high-performing counselling & EAP team, driving business growth, and managing service contracts.
This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to build effective partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, developing business strategies, and building relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a high-performing counselling & EAP team.
- Drive business development and manage service contracts.
- Build strong relationships with employers, community partners & networks.
- Ensure quality, compliance & continuous improvement across services.
