This is a strategic leadership role where you'll manage a multidisciplinary team, strengthen partnerships, and ensure high-quality service delivery to individuals, families, and businesses across the region.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing counselling & EAP team Drive business development and manage service contracts Build strong relationships with employers, community partners & networks Ensure quality, compliance & continuous improvement across services Oversee critical incident response and regional service support What You'll Bring Tertiary qualifications in psychology, counselling, or social work Leadership experience in counselling, EAP, or social services Strong stakeholder engagement & communication skills Knowledge of government funding contracts & reporting Willingness to travel to regional sites (e.g., Mount Isa, Mackay, Charters Towers)About Centacare North Queensland We are a not-for-profit organisation enhancing the wellbeing of individuals, families, and communities across Townsville, Mount Isa, and surrounding regions.
