Job Opportunity

The role of a Volunteer Coordinator is a fast-paced and dynamic position that involves matching volunteers with older people and coordinating support to keep those connections thriving.

This is an opportunity to deliver genuine results by enriching individual lives and driving a cultural shift towards social inclusion at every age.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, committed to working collaboratively with other programs, and willing to affirm our organisation's vision, mission, and values.

They will have knowledge and experience in the Aged Care sector, understanding of regulations associated with volunteer programs, and ability to recruit, inspire, train, and provide ongoing support to volunteers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written skills, strong administration and organisational skills, and computer confidence, especially using Microsoft Office and Word.

They will also have understanding of WHS, current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence, and be able to meet all security police checks.
