Are you an experienced and proactive Senior Legal Secretary or Paralegal looking for a new challenge?

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team in Moonee Ponds, Victoria.

This is more than just a secretarial/paralegal role—it's an opportunity to become an integral part of the growth and expansion of a close-knit team.

You'll work closely with highly experienced lawyers and staff, contributing directly to the success of our clients and the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the office flow: Efficiently handle appointments and correspondence.
  • Drafting documents: Prepare, proofread and lodge a wide range of internal and external legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients: Act as a key point of contact for clients, barristers and other legal professionals.
  • Maintain client files: Organize and maintain both physical and digital client files and documents, ensuring meticulous accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with billing: Assist with billing processes, prepare invoices and manage accounts and ledgers.
  • Conduct legal research: Perform legal research and gather information to support the legal team.
  • Provide administrative support: Provide crucial administrative support to the legal team, including general office duties.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Legal Secretary/Paralegal in litigation and commercial law.
  • Technical Proficiency: High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice software.
  • Exceptional Skills: Outstanding organizational, time management and communication skills.
  • A Collaborative Spirit: A positive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach.
