Well established, highly regarded and growing law firm has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and talented Legal Secretary to join their Family Law team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a specialist Family Law Partner in a busy and diverse Family Law practice.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :
- diary management
- prepare and file court documents
- management of files, open / close and archive
- prepare briefs to Counsel
- liaising with clients, Barristers and the Court
- prepare correspondence and court documents
- maintain electronic files
- coordinate meetings
- end of month billing and expenses
- To secure this career defining opportunity you will have previous experience as a Legal Secretary / Assistant in a general litigation practice together with a genuine interest to work in family law. You will also have;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- well developed time management skills
- strong attention to detail
- a pro-active and flexible team attitude
- advanced MS Office skills
- the ability to work both independently and as part of a friendly team environment
