Legal Secretary

As a Legal Secretary, you will provide critical administrative and paralegal support to the managing Partner and wider Team on IP and Tax matters. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly organised, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and format relevant correspondence, and legal documentation
- Prepare e-briefs
- File management including the opening and closing and archiving of matters
- Maintain legal databases, organise case files, and support monthly billing processes
- Some personal assistant tasks - (coordinating travel & accommodation)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of legal secretarial experience in IP or tax law (or both)
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
