Job Overview

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business success, encompassing three key areas:

People Management

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive employee engagement.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Organize training and development initiatives as requested by the executive team.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and files.

Office Operations

  • Ensure the office is stocked with supplies and stationery.
  • Manage facilities and make improvements when required.
  • Serve as First Aid Officer and Fire Warden (if required).
  • Assist with purchasing and accounts payable tasks.
  • Prepare for meetings, seminars, and functions.
  • Greet guests and answer incoming calls.

Executive Support

  • Assist with scheduling for the executive team.
  • Organize, take minutes, and follow up on actions for key internal meetings.
  • Prepare presentations when required.
  • Support marketing projects as needed.

Key Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' experience as an Office Manager or Administration Coordinator.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous HR experience highly desirable.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
  • Adept at using modern office technologies.
  • Proactive and positive outlook, with a collaborative style.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Communicating with others to exchange information.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
