About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HSE professional to join our team as an Advisor. In this 12-month role, you will have the opportunity to drive a strong safety culture and support Safety 2.0 practices within a leading Oil & Gas organisation in Brisbane.

This is an excellent chance to collaborate with a high-performing team, mentor supervisors and managers, and work closely with local and regional HSE teams to ensure a mature HSE culture.

Job Description
  • Drive HSE excellence across the business by working closely with frontline and management teams.
  • Cultivate a strong HSE culture by coaching and mentoring supervisors and managers.
  • Work with local and regional HSE teams to address specific risks related to the Oil & Gas supply base.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • NEBOSH or Cert 4 in OHS Certificate or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HSE.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
