About the Role:
This full-time position involves working with high-quality lighting products for residential and commercial applications, perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in our showroom, providing expert advice on lighting solutions tailored to their needs.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest lighting trends and technologies.
- Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with the sales and logistics teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sales support.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain lighting concepts effectively to customers.
