Landscape Management Professional Role

The successful applicant will have:

  • 5+ years' experience in the horticulture industry
  • A qualification in horticulture or equivalent
  • Experience operating and maintaining commercial landscape management equipment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to manage time effectively and encourage team members to work together
  • Current Chemcert or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a full-time site team in Sydney
  • Organizing and programming tasks on site
  • Ensuring efficiency and quality are maintained
  • Collaborating with the management team to provide high-quality service
  • Ensuring all works are completed safely
  • Managing various landscapes, including formal gardens and parks
  • Identification and treatment of plant deficiencies and pests/diseases
  • Irrigation management and programming
  • Completing associated documentation regularly
