Employment Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Employment Consultant to join our team. As an Employment Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting job seekers to achieve their employment goals.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers. You will also work closely with stakeholders, including employers and job seekers, to deliver tailored employment solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Supporting job seekers to become job ready through skills identification and training referrals
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance job seeker employability through training and support service referrals
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
