About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Employment Consultant to join our team in Manjimup, WA. As a key member of our workforce, you will play a pivotal role in supporting participants to transform their lives. You will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver high-quality employment services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local businesses
  • Support participants in developing skills to become job-ready
  • Deliver exceptional service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local businesses and community groups

To be considered, you will need:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
