Seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Assessment Services Consultant. In this pivotal position, you will work closely with employers and job seekers to ensure both parties are set up for success.

As a savvy trailblazer, you will conduct essential pre-commencement advice and provide early education information, ensuring that the right supports are in place for all parties involved.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Facilitating delivery of Australian Apprentice Get Ready Check
  • Facilitating delivery of Employer Get Ready Check
  • Liaising with relevant internal and external support services
  • Contributing to increasing the commencement, retention, and completion rate of Australian Apprentices

Requirements for this position include:

  • Excellent phone manner for inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to analyse, interpret, and follow guidelines and procedures
  • Proven capacity to meet set targets and KPIs
  • Possession of strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Demonstrated high level of computer literacy across a range of programs
