Key Accounts Liaison

We are seeking a passionate Member Solutions Specialist to join our Sales and Service team. As an outbound sales and service consultant, you will be responsible for making a number of outbound calls to members daily, having meaningful conversations with our existing members on their current RAC products, providing support and general advice to new members, and working to conversion not product sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Adaptable to changing requirements of our members.
- Resilience and the ability to handle a variety of different calls.
- Great communication skills.
- Results driven with proven ability to meet specific KPI's.
Benefits: We offer a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. You will be trained in Auto Services and Tyres to broaden your scope. Our company is committed to delivering great member services and experiences, whilst inspiring positive community change that makes life better in WA.
