Strategy Director

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Leader to join our team as a Strategy Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to drive the development of innovative communications strategies and lead a high-performing team.

About the Role

The Strategy Director will be responsible for designing and implementing actionable communications strategies in collaboration with internal and external agency partners. They will provide strategic direction, ensure that strategic thinking is reflected in tangible campaign outcomes, and champion the client's target audience.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Lead a team of strategists and work closely with senior leaders to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and orchestrate end-to-end responses to briefs.
  • Foster positive and productive relationships with agency peers across assigned clients.
  • Proactively identify and manage engagement from senior team members across the client portfolio.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of communications strategy development, media connections planning, and the media planning and buying landscape.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide junior team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or business.
