Our expertise spans Power Systems Studies, Transmission Lines, Substations, Telecommunications, Protection, Control & Automation, Renewable Energy Connections, Mining and Engineering, Protection Panel Design and Installation, 3D Design and Manufacturing as well as Construction/Management (EPC/M) services.
We are expanding our global footprint with new offices in Rome, Italy and Singapore, further solidifying our international presence and commitment to client support.
Job ResponsibilitiesYou will perform the role of Administration Manager, responsible for managing day-to-day administrative, team management, logistics and facility management functions. You will play a key role in streamlining office operations, increasing efficiency and supporting the overall success of the organization.
- Manage, mentor and coach junior team members to achieve their full potential.
- Organize events/functions including executive board meetings and corporate social activities.
- Coordinate administration activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support all functions across the business, including administration, onboarding and offboarding of staff.
- Assist with financial administrative functions when required.
- Provide support to executives and leadership group where needed.
- Manage office functions from purchasing and facility management to answering phones and responding to emails.
- You are a positive all-rounder who likes to help others and generally gets the job done.
- You are a reliable self-starter who takes pride and ownership of your role.
- You have a proven ability to quickly learn new systems and a high level of computer competency.
- You enjoy building relationships with a diverse mix of people with regular social activities and celebrations.
