Role Overview

The Principal Adviser Women's Re-entry Services will lead the delivery of women's re-entry services, ensuring high-quality support and outcomes for female offenders.

This role involves supervising staff, overseeing service delivery, analyzing data, and developing strategies to address emerging risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, motivate, and coach staff to ensure effective performance and professional development.
  • Oversee women's re-entry service delivery, including contract compliance and outcome achievement.
  • Provide high-level data analysis to inform service improvements and ensure sound performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Lead complex issue resolution with operational sites and contracted service providers.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of contemporary female offender research and practices.
  • Prepare strategic advice and submissions to support Agency priorities and outcomes.

Requirements
