Our agency is seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Re-Entry Services Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of re-entry services across correctional centers and community corrections locations.

Job Description:

The Re-Entry Services Lead will play a critical role in managing the quality assurance of re-entry service delivery, ensuring that programs are effective and efficient. This includes working closely with procurement and contract management teams to develop strategies and processes for managing contracted service delivery from external providers.

The Re-Entry Services Lead will also be responsible for overseeing reporting processes against throughput and quality indicators, analyzing complex operational and practice risks, and providing evidence-based advice to senior management on risks, issues, and trends related to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage quality assurance of re-entry service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing contracted service delivery
  • Analyze complex operational and practice risks
  • Provide evidence-based advice to senior management
Requirements:
  • No mandatory qualifications; however, a degree in psychology, social work, or a related discipline would be highly regarded
  • Possession of postgraduate qualifications (or significant progress towards postgraduate qualifications) in a relevant area will also be highly regarded
Working Conditions:

There may be instances where the incumbent will be required to work hours outside normal work hours, undertake travel to other locations, or temporarily work from an alternate location.
