The Role
  • Developing and implementing effective people strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Providing coaching and guidance on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and talent management.
  • Leading workforce planning and change management initiatives to achieve business evolution and innovation.
  • Championing employee engagement, wellbeing programs, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Facilitating performance, talent, and succession processes to deliver results.
  • Building relationships across business units and external partners to drive collaborative outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while providing nuanced advice on employee relations.
About You:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or retail industry.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect people solutions to commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Adept in change management, critical thinking, and data-driven decision making.
  • Committed to diversity, inclusivity, and a psychologically safe workplace.
  • Tertiary qualified in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
