Are you ready to start a fulfilling career in software and consulting? As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients from various industries and markets.

Based in the heart of Sydney CBD, you will liaise with different clients, conduct training sessions, participate in sales and marketing projects, handle customer inquiries, and troubleshoot problems.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Proactively service and support contractor/supplier clients.
  • Conduct training on products via phone, web-based, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing projects.
  • Field incoming calls, handle contractor customer inquiries, and troubleshoot problems.
  • Handle client account management functions, including invoicing and collections.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent proficiency in English and Korean.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving ability.
