Community Program Manager

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and overseeing program delivery across three centres
  • Managing and supporting a dedicated team of program supervisors and volunteers
  • Ensuring services meet client expectations and quality standards
  • Building strong partnerships with community groups and internal teams
  • Management of reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Experienced in leading and developing community service teams
  • Strong knowledge of aged care quality standards and CHSP requirements
