Job Title: Strategic Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

The Strategic Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial insights and support to the organization by preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing fixed assets, collaborating with departments to provide financial guidance, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decision-making, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Fixed Assets Management: Manage fixed assets, including capitalizations, disposals, and depreciation.
  • Financial Collaboration: Collaborate with departments to provide financial guidance and insights on performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA (or working towards them).
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and reporting.
  • Experience in the industrial sector will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
